I have never witnessed a more rude and crass dentist, receptionist, and hygienist. I was treated like a second class citizen, It’s a shame what they have done with the practice. Since Jamie Parks left, the service provided has gone down the drain. My community deserves better medical/dental care. They have absolutely stained the dental industry and I could not recommend more that NO ONE go to this dental provider. They have given me the worst experience imaginable and they should be absolutely ASHAMED of themselves.

Parents, dear members of the community. Please go somewhere else. Please don’t risk using these people. A dear friend of my is suffering serious medical issues after using this dental office.

The front desk overcharged me more than double my insurance company’s allowable rate. They don’t give you much of a choice when you check out other than to pay the bill. I received my EOB a few days later and called to request a refund. It turns out the front desk had the correct insurance estimate but arbitrarily overcharged me.

I understand mistakes happen but was shocked to learn their practice only process refunds quarterly! This office thinks it ok to make a mistake and not correct it for upwards of 3 months! As a healthcare professional and former practice manager, I find this to be outrageous. I can ignore the basic unprofessionalism of the front desk staff, the break room chatter between the dentist and her assistant during my procedure, but I can’t overlook a practice that thinks it ok to keep money that is not theirs for months before returning it. I do not trust this office and highly recommend making sure your EOB matches what the office charged you.

I have been a patient with this group since they opened! Yes!! Dr. Park was an amazing dentist and human! But- all the rest of the dentists, hygienists, office staff, even the traveling help - have been equally great! They gently care for my teeth and my dentist anxiety! They don't shame me if I didn't floss enough between cleanings. But they will tell me to do better. They work WITH me and have never made me feel pressured- yes they want me to have a night guard- (I mean I grind the heck out of my teeth) but I have tried and can't sleep with one- so they don't force it on me every visit.

They are professionals and I trust them with the care of my teeth as well as my family's. They don't force fluoride on me if I don't want it- they don't make me take x-rays every time- I feel like I'm an every other "suggested" time consumer. The office staff gets me the estimates from the insurance before any work is done. So I know how much I will need to save to get the work done.

I do what I can afford- which as a single mom teacher in Fairfax is rarely want one wants- and is limited to what one needs. I like my dentists to be thorough and perfectionists! So if you need a kind, gentle exceptional dentist--Go here! Your smile with thank you.
