We've been taking our children to this office for about 10 years. We always feel like they are in the best hands. I truly appreciate everything they have done for us and for always going the extra mile to make my kids feel so comfortable.

I’ve been a loyal patient at this clinic for over 10 years, and I’m extremely disappointed with the way the orthodontic department handled the end of our treatment. When we first signed the agreement, we were clearly told that both of my sons would be covered under the same treatment plan. Based on that, we moved forward in good faith. One of my sons completed the treatment as agreed, but now — at the very end of the process — they’ve suddenly claimed that my other son is not included, despite what was originally communicated. I followed instructions to contact the doctor by text message, but received no response.

Now they are charging me additional fees just to complete a service that was already promised. After more than a decade with this clinic, I feel completely disregarded and disrespected. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor communication and lack of accountability, especially toward long-time clients. This is not how patients should be treated.

I had a wonderful experience during my daughter’s Invisalign appointment and dental cleaning. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive. The orthodontist took the time to explain every step of the Invisalign process clearly and made my daughter feel comfortable and excited about her treatment. During the dental cleaning, the hygienist was gentle, patient, and incredibly thorough.

My daughter left smiling, and as a parent, I truly appreciate the care and attention given to her oral health. The entire visit was efficient and well-organized. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for excellent dental and orthodontic care.
