I’ve attended this office for nearly 15 years! Dr. Menéndez has been amazing every time with both my two girls, and we’re sure going to miss her since we are relocating next month! My experience from day one has been wonderful. I had issues with my insurance and the reception in the office was extremely helpful. I set my appointment, the staff was professional. The doctor has been one of the best doctor I’ve had. He explains everything to the T, considers what makes me comfortable. If it needs fixing, he’ll fix it, if he feels it doesn’t and it won’t cause future problems, leave it alone.

Not the type to charge you for no reason. Dr. Villarreal is extremely professional. He’ll be my permanent doctor. Recommend 100%.

Doctors are so nice, hygienist is rough in the mouth… but kind as a person…the kids experience always makes me wish that my hygienist accepted their insurance. Over the years that we’ve decided to stay because of the kindness and friend/parent from the kids’ school who worked there that brought us to that practice from career day… the reception girls [also very sweet] have given us appointments only for us to Organize our day around the appointment, Get myself and three kids ready. I’ll need to show up and find out the office is closed… This has happened more than four times…. Even after we learned to double check! Somethings don’t change.

They give an appointment again only to have us sit in the waiting room after wasting time with the phone calls to make the appointment, Scheduling the morning And the rest of the day based on that appointment and then wasting time in the waiting room (45 minutes)… Travel time parking time… To be turned away because the insurance is no longer taken due to the minors age. They have the minor date of birth on file, they have the insurance on file yet none of this could’ve been, looked at or said at the time of making the appointment. Unfortunately, we are finally walking away from this practice because the disorganization, even though it’s only Once or twice a year times three kids… It’s just not worth putting up with. When we were talking about these occurrences with our friends, they quickly chimed in with other options, some of which take our insurance.

Look beyond what you are comfortable and familiar with there is always something that works better for you. Today when I called to discuss this I was put on hold for nine minutes… From there I was born this review! Should’ve reviewed and exited years ago.
