This staff was amazing from the first phone call , meet and greet, handling of my finances, the treatment of my son, making sure he was heard and comfortable and the overall experience was unmatched. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Maddux and his team. As an adult getting braces, I was a little nervous at first, but the entire team made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect.
The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about their patients. My treatment was smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Maddux to anyone considering braces — no matter your age!
