Feb 15, 2025 11am appointment had to reschedule. The previous appointment waited about 1hr and a half for the root canal. This mornings appointment wait would have been the same/longer. Very irresponsible and lack of respect for my time and patients time. Not acceptable. Below appointment review was for a past cleaning.
Still stands to be true. . . Everyone from front desk to xray to cleaning were amazing, courteous and even remember my visit with my dad several weeks ago. Very attentive.

Front desk staff is extremely rude and has no clue on how to explain health insurance benefits to patients (Doctor should hire different staff members). The office is very unsanitary. After being recommend to this dental office , I left extremely disappointed.

this office overbooks appointments so that when you arrive, you must wait at least 2 hours to be seen. they don’t see you in the order you arrive either. they create diff excuses depending on what they want to do with you.
they also love to ignore patients standing in front of the receptionist so they can have conversations instead while we stand there and look at them. when you ask if you are going to be seen- they don’t do anything to assist you- they’d rather you get upset and cancel your appt because that’s why they overbook! terrible patient care and i’ve been coming here since i was in elementary school but this is the last time they play with my health.
