A few weeks ago I made an appointment for my 94 year old mom for a cleaning and to look at her dentures which she has found uncomfortable to wear. These dentures were made about 4 years ago by our previous dentist who has retired. I was told that they would clean her teeth and look at the dentures. Her insurance referred her to this practice. Keeping this in mind, nothing we expected happened. First, mom is in a wheel chair. She tried to get into the dental chair, but it was difficult and very painful. She had to stay in her wheel chair. Then we had to wait close to 30 minutes before the dentist came into see her. When Dr. Luc came in she did not introduce herself, she did not address my mom directly or call her by name. She started going through the paperwork and talked to me instead of my mom. Dr.

Luc acted as if my mom wasn't even there. Dr. Luc referred to my mom only as "she. " Dr. Luc didn't even ask mom how she was. Then the Dr. Looked at her dentures and told us that they were not made for eating. She needed new stronger dentures for eating. What else are dentures made for if you can't eat with them. We went to our retired dentist for 16 years before he retired. He treated mom with respect and honor and never said she couldn't eat with them. They aren't just to make your smile look nice. I have never heard anything so ridiculous from a dentist.

She referred mom to a specialist without any compassion or understanding. She treated her with disrespect and was totally dismissive. Then the receptionist told us they could not clean her teeth which was what we expected. She said she would have to come back. I explained how difficult and painful that would be for her, but nothing changed. As we left my mom felt so very dejected. She said she felt brushed off and that Dr. Luc just didn't want to take care of her. She said, "I guess that happens when you get old. " Dr. Luc needs to learn about compassion and people skills. Just because you are 94, doesn't mean you can't speak for yourself and should be acknowledged.

First time I made an appointment, she set me up on a date the day they were closed. My last appointment in 2022, receptionist said they will call to set up an appt for next cleaning. No call last August, 2022. I called again in January, 2023 and left a voice message. No call back. It looks as though this is their way of getting rid of patients. . . GHOSTING! So, I moved to the nicer dental office next to them.

This place have the worse customer service and lack of customer service ethics. Remember: Every message in your phone counts if you want to maintain a good business. BTW, this place does not provide appointment reminders. She will say they'll call, but you're on your own to keep track of your calendar based on my dealings with them. 💯% I do not recommend this place. Bad staff will drag down a good dentist. Good boss trains their staff.

I normally don’t write reviews, but feel like Dr Luc deserves the acknowledgement! The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. And Dr Luc was amazing. My teeth felt amazing after the cleaning and I had a great time taking to her. I was very impressed with the Dentist office, I’ve couldn’t stop bragging about her and sent my co-worker to go see her also!

Very happy with this dentist. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Luc is professional and though. I saw another comment by a client who expected the dentist to call her mother by name. Dr. Luc did not call me by name, but she was friendly, competent, thoroughly cleaned my teeth herself and gave me great dental advice, which is what I go to the dentist for.
