Good service? No doctor should expect a child to be the responsible "adult" in the dentist chair. This doctor doesn't speak to parents. If you have kids and you are looking for an expert in this field who will sit with you through important changes in your child’s orthodontic treatment, this isn't the place for you. The doctor spoke to us once in almost a year. My young child would be given all types of treatments without us being offered a treatment plan or an explanation of treatment.
When you go there the doctors assistant will bring your child in. A procedure will take place (what it is you will never know) ask your kid. An assistant different from the one who brought your child in will come out saying everything is fine and give you a 5 second response to your question (double-check as their 5 second recommendation may be wrong as we learned) Then the front desk who also has no clue as to what happened will make a billing or scheduling mistake and off you go.

I went in with terrible pain. Dr. Robin was patient, kind, supportive and really took the time to listen, validate me and work through what I needed. She took time to explain the different options, let me know one may not work but that we would look to another if that was the case. She sized me for and found the right retainer for my issues. It is night and day.
My headaches are gone, my jaw pain (it had been 2. 5 years) is gone. I am so much happier. Her staff was lovely especially her assistant. I cannot recommend this office enough!

I had braces as a teenager, and later in life my front space opened back up. This was really defeating for me, but after going to Lozman Orthodontics and doing Invisalign through them, my smile is back the way I want it and I cannot commend them enough for the excellent service! The staff is super nice, and my experiences with Drs Michael and Robin Lozman were amazing, they were both very knowledgeable and understanding.
Highly recommend their practice!

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Robin is wonderful as a both a practitioner, and a person! Everyone on her team is professional and kind. I highly recommend Lozman Orthodontics. They restored my confidence!
