I’ve never had problems with the staff, it’s always been Dr. Lowe herself whether it’s in-person or over the phone. She lacks people skills, is easy to tick off, rude and unprofessional. I’ve been given attitude by the doctor in the past when I started crying in pain because my tooth was not numb during extraction. If you have Anxiety, even if it’s just around dentists - this place is not for you & the doctor does not care, she will just tell you that “You’re an adult”.

This facility also does not allow guests to sit in/advocate for you during exams or treatment planning - they will tell your guest in the waiting room “not yet”, but will actually never let them come back to the room. After reading reviews, looks like they even do that to parents with minors being examined. Should anyone challenge or question this ‘policy’ that they don’t have in writing, they’ll kick you out and tell you to go elsewhere.

This Dental office is great. Dr. Lowe and her Assistant recently did upper dentures for me and deep cleaning, etc. on the bottom teeth. I have heard horror stories about temporary dentures being so awful, but Dr. Lowe did a fantastic job. They fit nice, they match my bottom teeth and gums perfectly. Everyone has noticed how good they look and couldn't tell the difference.

I've read some of the comments and i disagree, Dr. Lowe isn't going sugar coat what you should be doing to make your teeth healthier. Everyone has their opinion, but i believe Dr. Lowe and her Dental Assistant compliment each other. They really do care. Guarantee you, follow what she recommends, and your teeth will get better. Her WHOLE staff has always been very pleasant and courteous!

I have been taking my 3 kids to Dr. Lowe for many years. The insurance I had for many years she didn't take so I had only gone to her myself once, I recently switched insurance and she does take it so I decided to get an exam with her because I was over due for a cleaning. I told her I was recently laid off from work and I had an accident and I would need surgery in a couple of weeks so with this being said it was obvious I didn't have money for anything extra I just wanted a cleaning and of course my exam to see how my teeth were doing. She started by trying to sell me a 220 dll toothbrush. My exam she said I had cavities and that if I didn't fix 2 of them I would be needing a crown soon. She quoted me 2000 out of pocket plus whatever she was charging my insurance. They wanted 120 dlls as a co pay to get my cleaning done using my insurance as well. So my cleaning didn't get done.

I told her I will have to reschedule. I went and got a second opinion with a different dentist and OH BOY! This dentist that gave me his opinion did x rays and couldn't find any tooth decay nothing wrong with my teeth. He said trust me I am trying to find all that that you need to get it fixed because I want the money but your teeth are healthy. He proceeded to do my cleaning and didn't charge me a penny for my cleaning and my x-rays. I had recently got braces removed and I take care of my teeth so that was pretty strange to me so this is why I went to go get a second opinion. Now she has lost not just me but my 3 kids as patients. Even though she has done ok to my kids I can't trust her anymore. She has done work on my kid's teeth now I am wondering if they ever needed it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or if you go to her make sure u also get a second opinion before she does anything in your teeth.

She was about to mess up my good teeth and cause all this pain and also finance me 2000 dlls while I told her i was about to have surgery cause I broke my foot and I was laid off. She is dishonest and she can be very rude so save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. This is for Lowe; I am sorry Lowe after bringing my kids to you for about 8 years we are done being your patients. What horrible reviews you got I wish I would have seen this 8 or 9 years ago. You must be very greedy to do something like this specially when I told you I just wanted a cleaning and you saw me with my broken foot and still you tried to get me in debt for no reason. I don't wish you wrong but I do hope you change the way you treat your patients, everyone is trying to make it in life but being dishonest with people that trust you is just low.

Great staff at Lowe's Dentistry. I was welcomed and felt very comfortable from the moment I walked in. I get very nervous at any doctor or dental office but Dentist Carol Susan Lowe was very gentle and I appreciate that thank you for everything. I will definitely be coming back with any dental needs.
