BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I have a severe anxiety of having dental work done with a very low pain tolerance. I can honestly say I felt absolutely nothing, completely comfortable the entire time! Dr Barry did a great job (root canal) and has wonderful bedside manner. They also have the latest technology for deep cleaning of the root, “Gentlewave”.
The staff is very courteous and professional. Would give a six star option if possible.

I never thought I would be writing about a positive experience at a dentist's office but I have to give 5 stars to Dr. Berry for a painless root canal. He saw me after hours this weekend for an emergency root canal. He was really wonderful. He's very knowledgeable, professional with an excellent bedside manner who really cares about his patients and his craft.
The office is spotless and the equipment is state of the art. I am very lucky to have found him when I did. I had a really positive experience with this office and highly recommend them if you need a root canal.

5 stars for Dr. Berry himself. The man is an absolute peach of a human being and wonderful at his job. He's reassuring, will explain things and it's clear he is a total geek for his profession- which is exactly the kind of person. I want fixing a root canal done poorly by someone else. I took off a star for the front desk and their system. First, they won't give you an itemized receipt unless you ask and then you have to stand there and wait 15 minutes for it. We have excellent dental insurance and were charged well over $1000 for my procedure.
We asked numerous times if they were in our network (they are) and asked if that amount was correct. We paid and left. We just got the claim from our insurance and our patient responsibility was only $99. So now we have to deal with this mess. So, if you think you're being overcharged, do your due diligence and follow up with your insurance because you could absolutely be overcharged. It's a shame because Dr. Berry is wonderful. I also saw Dr.
Goodman and while a lovely guy, he's kind of the reason I had to pay for their stupid 3d scan twice. I went and saw him a year ago about a tooth. He took the scan, said he saw "something" that probably wasn't worth doing anything about. Fast forward, that tooth gets infected and I end up back in their office paying their ridiculous $300+ fee for the 3d scan and yep, it was more than "something" and the root canal needed to be retreated by Dr. Berry.

This was my first time by Dr Berry and he treated me like family. He explained the process well and I almost fell asleep during the actual root canal. The front desk was great too. I was told it's normal to be in pain for some time after but by next day I had no pain. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say thank you.
