Ive had three dentists in a row tell me that my mouth was hopeless and i needed a 'full reconstruction. Dr. Long spent an appreciated and detailed alternative treatments. Highly recommend.

This year I was a new patient to Dr. Long, staff was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. I had a root canal completed which he referred out. After my root canal I started to experience pain in a different tooth. I called the office to see if I would have enough coverage with my insurance to be seen. Receptionist told me I should have enough coverage and was seen that day.
X-rays were completed along with an examination. Dr. Long did not find anything wrong with my tooth. He told me to see my PCP because I had a sinus issues. My PCP told me to see my dentist because my pain was primarily in my tooth. I called back a few days later and he did call in a prescription for me.
Which has not resolved my tooth pain. I have now received a $390 bill because I did not have coverage, and when I spoke with the receptionist her response was I can’t determine what other doctors are going to Bill. Completely understand that accept, but the communication of “I should have enough coverage” prior to my appointment should not have been said. So now I sit having to pay $390 with still having tooth pain that radiates. But again nothing was found.

While visiting the area I was able to get an “emergency”’appointment; Rene was pleasant & offered to obtain records from my dentist in TN. Dr Long was extremely professional & was able to troubleshoot the cause of my pain… with an X-ray he saw a speck of cement in between two teeth, from work I had done elsewhere about 8 weeks ago, probably causing the pressure.
He called me at the end of the day to ask how I was doing!!! I would highly recommend Dr Long !
