Beware of This Unethical Billing Practice! I want to warn others about my terrible experience with this dental office. I had an extraction done after confirming with their receptionist, Caroline, that my insurance would cover the cost. I even scheduled an initial visit solely to verify how much my insurance would cover, as I couldn’t afford unexpected charges. After receiving the service and paying what I was told I owed at the time, I thought everything was settled. However, three months later, Caroline called me, claiming I now owed an additional $600 due to their incorrect estimate (Calling it Initial Estimate).

This is completely unacceptable! A business should not lure people in with misleading cost estimates, only to demand more money months later. When I pushed back, explaining this was their mistake and not my responsibility, Caroline became rude and aggressive, even threatening legal action. This is pure harassment for money I do not owe. I am more than willing to take this to court because I have full transparency of the details. I urge everyone to be extremely cautious with this company.

Their unethical billing practices and harassment tactics are alarming. Do not trust their estimates, and be prepared for unexpected charges months after your procedure.

Lynn is THE BEST hygienist. If you are looking for a hygienist who embodies EMPATHY and EXCELLENCE in care that’s Lynn. My dad who has a language barrier and has never had dental work done, was completely blown away by the comfort and compassion he felt in her care.

The Worst Dental Experience Ever – Avoid Liberia dental care! This place is a nightmare! The staff are incredibly rude, and the dentists are unbelievably unprofessional. They have absolutely no care or compassion for their patients. I went in for a simple filling and ended up visiting FIVE times with no resolution. After all that, I’m still dealing with sensitivity and pain, only to have the dentist finally tell me they can’t help and I need to go somewhere else.

How is this even acceptable? It’s shocking how poorly they treat their patients. If you care about your teeth and want proper treatment, DO NOT come here. This place is a waste of time, money, and energy. Save yourself the regret and find a dental office where they actually know what they’re doing and treat you with care
