This was by far the best experience I've had. The staff is incredibly friendly, and when I say they genuinely care about their customers, I mean it. I was feeling anxious about my appointment, but the team made sure it was a relaxing experience. We even got to choose the things that would make us most comfortable. I chose blankets, pillows, and stress balls.

After seeing such great reviews I had high hopes for this office. I needed a new dentist since moving here from LA and was having pain. My first appointment was booked the following week and they even called me several times to see if I’d like to come in sooner due to cancellations but I was out of town. My first visit was super rushed, the poor dental assistant was out of breath trying to get me prepped and x-rayed. The dentist saw me for less than 3 mins, told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed, recommended me to an oral surgeon out of my network, barely listened to me explaining the pain was in other areas and scheduled me for a follow up appointment where they would do a full in-depth X-ray and view of everything bothering me.

I did not leave with a good feeling about that. My follow-up appointment I had more X-rays taken, a cleaning which was done very well and thoroughly. The dentist came in, took a look at my X-rays gave me a plan of multiple crowns to replace my fillings w/o the option of just replacing the filling itself and then I was scheduled for my next appointment in JUNE. Almost 2 months away. So here I am laying in bed in pain and can’t sleep because no work could be done at all during my first rushed visit nor my second one which had me in the chair for 1.

5 hours. Like hello, take care of my problem teeth before just sitting me down and cleaning them and then after telling me I’ll be rescheduled for work. I feel like this office just used me to collect on my insurance to be honest. If I came in for pain, something should be done since it shows time was allowed instead of leaving me waiting in pain.

Wonderful people! Plus so much added perks. (I opted for a chair message and neck pillow.) The hygienist and doctor were SO knowledgeable. Gave recommendations with NO pressure. Ended my appointment with a packet of lavender seeds (Common English) to try out in my yard. :)

First time visit. Won't be my last! Definitely glad I found a great dentist to have. Was a long wait for an appt. But well worth it in my opinion. My hygienist Lee-anne was awesome great at explaining in detail everything that was happening. Very good Listener to all my problems. Had solutions or answers to my questions. Took her time and made sure I was alright the whole time.

Was social and helped me feel at ease and comfortable being here. Was very cool when checking in they have a list of items to choose that would help you feel more comfortable during your visit. Was very nice to see all pictures and X-rays of my teeth that proved what they were saying was needed. I definitely would recommend Lavender dental to anyone! Long waited appointments however. And have to go elsewhere to have Wisdom teeth removed. Other than that very happy with the customer care and services provided today.
