Took two months for them to start my root canal. The same day they worked on it, the temporary cap fell off. took them another week to see me just to tell me 'there's nothing wrong with it, you're getting upset over nothing'. Two days later I felt like I was hit in the side of the face with a hammer. The clearly left some nerve exposed, so I wasn't upset over nothing. Took them another four days to see me after that incident.

Said they were 'doing me a favor by squeezing me in' even tho they messed up my tooth. Had me waiting for a half hour after my appointment time and they told me to wait for my next appointment in a week. I'm not going back to them. They canceled over half the appointments I made in the two months I was dealing with the issue and couldn't understand why I was so upset. Worst dentist experience of my life

I started coming here because the dentist I have been going to for years stopped taking my insurance. I came to this dentist two times. The first time I was told I had a cavity. I have never had cavity before but took their word. They filled the cavity. When I returned for my next cleaning I was told that my filling fell out and I would need a root canal.

When I asked why I need a root canal and why they can refill it the dentist said “because you need a root canal” and left the room. The dentist is sarcastic and rude. I went to get a second opinion about getting a root canal. When I went to the new dentist they told me I do not need a root canal and they would have never even drilled the “cavity” I originally had because of the area and small size that was drilled into my tooth. They recommended just keeping the area that was drilled cleaned to prevent a future cavity and they did not even want to refill it because what was drilled was so small.

It sucks because the people here are all so nice, but I go into an appointment and leave with a tooth hurting that was giving me no problems before. They drill down my teeth and it seems they never fill them back in enough, especially in my molars, so now I can’t comfortably chew on either side. I’m almost never listened to or taken seriously, which makes me a bit sad, but what’s worse is that appointments are constantly canceled.

For months, I’ve been called an hour before an appointment and told that they need to reschedule, which can be frustrating. I’ve had some good experiences, but overall, don’t really recommend

Let me first start off with I have always been petrified of the dentist. To the point I hadn’t gone in a long time. Then one day chatting with a friend she recommends an office who had just opened by me, Dr. Socarras, which was great it was only a ten minute driving distance(prior to covid happening) So the first time I went in he was amazing very patient and funny and calmed my nerves big times. Seeing I hadn’t had my teeth looked at in such a long time I ended up needing some root canals and cavities taken care of. Then covid happened and with everything taken place he closed one of his office.

So I found out the closest office to me and I scheduled an appointment. Now it’s over 2 years later and I look forward to going to the dentist (obviously only him) he has done wonders in my mouth with filling cavities, doing my much needed rt canals as well as putting my crowns on. The drive there and back is absolutely worth it every time even though the drive is about an hour long one way to get there I still look forward to going and he’s still making sure my teeth are healthy and looking great. He’s honestly an amazing dentist. As well as his staff there all super nice, the office is always spotless. Any time I need to go in I’m able to call and get an appointment usually the same week.

I can’t recommend him enough. So if you ever need a good dentist and are super scared. Then he’s the one. You won’t ever be scared to go to the dentist again! Thank so very much ~Crystal
