Mary cleaned my teeth and she was so gentle yet very thorough and did a wonderful job. Dr. Freeman explained everything so well and the office staff was quick, attentive, and knowledgeable. The office was also very clean and pleasant.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this dental office. They took advantage of my lack of understanding about insurance, charging me for their highest-priced services without ever mentioning that there were more affordable options available. To make matters worse, they did not follow the negotiated EOB (Explanation of Benefits) prices, and instead added extra charges for "warranties" that they failed to disclose upfront. I feel completely taken advantage of and misled. This is not only negligent, but it also feels like a clear case of fraud.
When I addressed this issue with them in person, all they could do was apologize and ask if I remembered who I spoke with, so they could "apologize" for not being more transparent about their services. They wouldn't even let me speak to a manager—she just hides in their office all day. I ended up paying a much higher price than I should have because of their mistakes. The dentists themselves may be great, but be prepared for a huge discrepancy between your initial estimate and the actual out-of-pocket costs for the exact same services. When asked why the cost jumped so much, they will just come up with guesses and show you numbers on a screen for a split second.
I asked if they could slow down so that I could see what they were showing me and ignored my questions. They ultimately said it was because of a warranty that I signed for and could not be reimbursed for. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to stay away from this place.

Brought my Son here for a second opinion, and they were AMAZING! Got him in FAST! They were SUPER nice and accommodating, explained EVERYTHING in detail, and made my Son feel safe! Transferring my other 2 kids here effective IMMEDIATELY!
