I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my mother received during her appointment today. She tried to explain herself and an older white lady with shorter hair named Renee was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes, huffed, and cut my mom off multiple times, showing no patience or understanding, especially considering English is not my mom’s first language. The attitude continued even when a Spanish speaking staff member was called in. My mom could communicate with her without feeling like a burden, but Renee continued to interrupt and be dismissive. Once the younger lady left, Renee’s behavior made my mom feel like an inconvenience.
The rude attitude went on, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful. This seemed like a pattern of behavior, not a one-time incident. It’s upsetting to know my mom was treated this way. Everyone deserves respect and patience, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

Great experience here! Front desk was very friendly! Rosa is an excellent hygienist. Dr.Howarth and Heather were so great! I was nervous for my filling but they were fast and made me feel very comfortable!

I love Lane and Associates. Their wait time isn't long. They are always nice. They were all nice to my 16 month old, who can love you or give you a death stare 🫣 they did good with x-rays and determined allergies were affecting my gums. I appreciate them!
