New patient here and my first visit was wonderful! Staff were extremely nice, clean and welcoming office space. Everyone was genuinely nice and friendly. And to top it off, it is less than 5 minutes from my home! Office staff Maggie was great, my dental hygienist was awesome! She wasn’t rough when she cleaned my teeth, the assistant who took images for Invisalign explained what she was doing and very gentle. Dr. Baldwin was great! He was very welcoming and personable.
Lea was great as well. Everyone I encountered was an absolute pleasure. Highly satisfied with my visit.

Ms. Cynthia was my dental worker and she was amazing! She walked me through every step that was going to be done on me and was there for anything I needed! The process was very smooth and quick! Dr. Baldwin was also amazing and connects really well with patients!

I had my first visit to Lane & Associates Mebane and everyone from check-in to check-out was so friendly and helpful. Each associate was personable, explained my options and what was happening in a respectful, simple manner. I had a tooth extracted and they were so concerning with my comfort.
They even brought me a blanket to cover my cold legs. Outstanding staff, great location, clean office and accessible parking. I have found my new dental office!

I took my 11 and 13 year old in today for a few fillings. When I say we received top tier service from Dr. Baldwin and his assistant Rein, I was blown away. They took such great care of us. They talked my daughter through all the steps because she was a bit nervous. There were no tears or dramatics at all today. I was just super impressed. 👌 Thank you Lane & Associates!
