I agree with other reviewers that the providers at this practice are highly financially motivated and exploitative. I am largely dissatisfied with the general dentistry I’ve received from this practice, and am growing increasingly disappointed in my orthodontic experience. They will lie about what work you need (unfortunately more common in this industry than any professional will tell you), the timeline for my orthodontic treatment is never transparently provided (I’m given a long winded dodgy explanation rather than a simple answer for my duration of treatment), wait times for a 15 min adjustment appointment have been up to an hour, and reception seems negligent, rarely answering phone calls. Hygienists have also been extremely lazy during my cleanings and don’t use threaders to properly floss my braces.

They just put the floss in the space between the wire at my tooth, not even reaching my gum line. Your job is to clean my mouth. Come on. You know better than that.

The patient experience is getting beyond ridiculous at this point. My orthodontist and her assistant, Amy, are wonderful. But there is so much to be desired and I’m honestly eager to conclude my treatment and never return.

My 10-year-old son recently had to have two teeth extracted, and we were all pretty nervous going into the appointment. He has a very low pain tolerance, so his anxiety was through the roof. But from the moment we walked into Dr. Lee’s office, we were put at ease. Dr.

Lee was incredibly gentle, kind, patient, and reassuring! The procedure went so smoothly that my son couldn't stop talking about how it didn’t hurt—he was genuinely amazed! His fear is completely gone now, and as parents, we are beyond grateful. I can't recommend Dr. Lee and her entire team enough. They truly made a lasting positive impact on our child’s experience with dental care!

I had an amazing experience at Lakeview Smiles. The office was spotless and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Lola and Amanda with beautiful teeth at the front are both incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. Dr.

Lee was professional and thorough, explaining each step of the process and answering all my questions. The entire appointment was efficient, and I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!"

It’s top tier, I will not gate keep… review time again. Amanda, Ace, Brandon, Cynthia, and Doctor Lee + his assistant (🙏) you are all beyond amazing and truly, delivering excellence in your work! Each interaction was intentional, thorough, authentic & without, (from my perspective) any agenda other than ensuring that I was receiving the best dental care possible. There was no up selling, or hidden costs or anything other than kindness & professionalism. There was also clear collaborative discussion & openness. It’s beyond refreshing to have a care team where there is so much synergy working with you.

Not to mention, extra kindness & grace during those pauses when things get intense in the chair. I cannot stress how well this team functions and how committed they are to their patients. If there’s a need, dial them up, save their number this is your new go-to! Also, their playlist is bop after bop. Enjoy & thank you again, LS [Belmont] team!
