No one likes to get dental surgery, but Dr Patel made the process as pleasant as possible with his warm and friendly bedside manner and transparency. The nurses and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent as well. Had to have two impacted wisdom teeth removed pretty last minute, and the office was able to schedule me in quickly and surgery only took overall 40 minutes.

As quick and painless as it gets.

Very professional and empathetic service. I got all four wisdom teeth out under general anesthesia and the process was quick and painless. The reviews are right in that Dr. Patel can be a little rushed, so make sure you slow him down and ask all the questions you have. The office also called to reschedule a couple times, which is why I'm taking off a star.

I just left Dr. Patel’s office and the experience was exactly what I needed. I was referred to him from another dentist that botched extracting a wisdom tooth. He explained what was going to happen and his confidence really helped calm me down.

Instead of having to be put under he took care of it with local anesthetic which is the way I wanted to handle it. I will definitely refer friends and family. Truly happy with his staff and his services

Yesterday I had a scheduled visit to this office through my primary dentist. Since my dentist does not extract certain teeth, he referred me to this office. The appointment was set quickly even though it was a 45 minute drive to the office from my home. I walked in the office, I was given paperwork to fill out by the receptionist. Once that was completed, the receptionist immediately began questioning what do I want to do with the space in my mouth after the tooth was extracted. She stated that I can pay $2,300 for an implant tooth. I don’t mind informing anyone that I am a Teacher and we just don’t have those luxuries to spend money like that for one tooth.

So, I politely declined and then she went to all of what I would have to pay out of pocket for a tooth extracted considering the type of insurance my employer provides. Please be aware that this receptionist stated that I would have to first pay like $70 for a consultation with the doctor?? I had to wonder consultation for what?? I am only having a tooth removed. . $80 for an X -ray on which my insurance informed me all X-rays are covered by them. Then she went on to say and the $25 to have the tooth extracted. I have been to oral surgeons before never have I heard ramped up fees like this in my life. I was extremely upset, and informed the receptionist, she could of told me about all of these hidden fees over the phone before I drove an hour away!! I am not going to pay my primary dentist all of the fees and then turn around and pay this office unnecessary fees as well.

When I say this receptionist had not one ounce of remorse, she continued to say well our customers know our fees and I stated I am not one of your customers. . I don’t know your fee scale. I left there truly crushed and will never refer anyone to this office, people should be mindful of how they treat others because constantly turning customers away is what actually closes down businesses especially in Chicago. You are not aware of who I could of referred to your business, but instead of explaining the receptionist rather disregarded me like trash. Do not allow this place to rip you off!!!
