STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! These people are horrible. I went into get a tooth filled, and they said it would cost $900. I declined and asked them to pull it. They said it had to be pulled by a specific dentist and then told me it would cost me 70 out of pocket after I use my primary insurance. .

I do have a secondary, but they decided they don't take it. I said I 70 isn't horrible, so I made another appointment for when that dentist was available. The day of the appointment, I find it they decide they need to start over and bill the insurance again for a consolation that they already did and then tell me it's now 140 dollars. I'm upset about the change, but I still needed to do it due to being in pain. Tooth gets pulled, and I pay the 140.

Then, a couple weeks later, I get a notification saying that I owe another 40 dollars. I called, and they say oh they missed me due to insurance. I'm sorry I should not have to pay any more money due to their error as I already paid what I was told and signed for. These people are you Crooks and will get you for any penny that can even without your approval. Stay far, far away!!!

It’s disappointing for me to leave a negative review, especially for a busines, but I feel it's important to share my experience. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. During my first visit, I experienced significant discomfort while the doctor was examining my teeth. I also felt that the focus was more on upselling services rather than addressing my actual concerns.

I had specifically mentioned sensitivity to pressure, but there was little discussion about the cause or possible solutions. Surprisingly, there was no basic cleaning performed—just a recommendation for two additional appointments and a bill of nearly $600 for deep cleaning. Unfortunately, this also used up my annual dental check-up allowance, so I can’t seek a second opinion from another provider this year.

I have my insurance to them one week before my appointment, I scheduled my appointment and I did the my health intake in my phone, they took x rays and the staff seemed personable and friendly. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and described my situation in detail. He seemed sincere and convincing. Communication was great. He said nice to meet you and you’ll have your cleaning next. I then sat in that uncomfortable chair until my back started to hurt , then I looked at the clock and it had been 45 minutes and nobody came to my room.

They forgot about me. I thought to myself should I give them my buisness if I’ve waited so long? Now I’m nervous they don’t know what they’re doing. So I walked out of the room and my intake lady was in the hall and asked if I was ok, I said I’ve been waiting for 45 minutes and nobody showed up. She quickly stated they are figuring out my insurance. This to me is unacceptable as her response seemed to be not connected with reality. There’s no excuse to forget about a patient, and I don’t need a made up excuse.

I’d rather have them cop to their mistake and say sorry , rather than we are working on it like they did nothing wrong. I would recommend to people go anywhere else but here. Waste of time. Unprofessional

The new staff and office refresh has been great! I’ve been a patient for 2 years and have referred my kids, my mother in law and even my brother here! Dr Adams was great during my cleaning and is helping me with my smile goals for straighter teeth and my new implant.
