The biggest shame for this review is that I may not rate this office lower. Any experiences that I have had or have been related, is that the service or care is impersonal and perhaps moderately acceptable. Secondly, and while I am at fault for missing the appointment, there is a penalty of 2+ years at which I and possibly others may not reschedule.

I don't know how to currently express my distaste for the scope of this punishment, but it is sorely inadvisable as a public or private servant to have such an exaggerated probationary period.

Dr. Kunch is a passive aggressive psychopath. This was certainly the first time I’ve ever thought I might have to engage in physical combat with my dentist. I saw him three years earlier for a tooth extraction and at the time he said I should get my wisdom teeth out and gave me some sort of authorization slip to have the procedure done. I had no pain from them and saw no reason to have them removed. Later on, I had pain from a different tooth and I unwillingly made another appointment with him because no one else could get me in quickly.

He got me in and when he saw my records and that I still had my wisdom teeth he became incensed and berated me for it! He was yelling!! The problem had NOTHING to do with my wisdom teeth! This sort of treatment would be shocking from a Wal-mart employee! He took off his gloves, threw them down and stormed out of the room. . . . His poor assistants apologized for his idiotic childish tantrum and ushered me out of the office. I got the feeling it wasn’t the first time.

I have never been treated this way by a “professional” and I would not recommend this unstable lunatic to anyone. . .

Made an appointment over a month ago and explained that I had been seen by another dentist that no longer accepted my insurance and I had cavities that needed filled. The receptionist said that was no problem and to bring the paperwork the previous dentist gave me to my new appointment. When I arrived today I was told they wouldn’t work on me and would have to go to the previous dentist.

I took off work and drove for an hour for nothing when the receptionist should have told me that over the phone a month ago. Horrible experience save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Keep you and your family far away from this guy. Highly unprofessional. He will blame and belittle you for any issue you may have. There are plenty of other dentist around to not have to be treated the way he treats people. Take your time and money to some one more professional and to some someone who actual cares and takes pride in their work.
