Very disappointed with my visit today and am seriously thinking of changing dentists for a few reasons. My cleaning appt. went well but my 2nd part of my appt. caught me by surprise. I need to get 2 spots touched up on 2 of my teeth. Here comes in a student from WCCC,in a demanding tone asking me to sign off on her clipboard for me to allow her to work on me,,,,excuse me, I think I should have a choice on whether to allow her for 1,then she proceeds to tell me she is gonna take before and after pics for her portfolio,,,excuse me,but I feel I should have a choice on that also.

. . . . They are my teeth and if they are gonna been shown anywhere I should be making money on them!!!

I had an emergency when a filling that was done by another dentist (not affiliated with Dr. Kraisinger's practices) ended up breaking apart on a tooth in the very back of my mouth. I called the office, and the staff was able to fit me in that evening. It was the best experience ever at the dentist. From the initial interaction on the phone when I called in that day to the actual refilling to the payment/insurance process. . . Everyone was so wonderful. Thank you so much! Special shoutout to Dr.

Despot and Chris (assistant with 30yrs experience in the field). . . You both are top notch. Thanks again for being excellent at what you do and very caring. Plus it was super quick and efficient. Appreciated it all.

Ever since I started going to their office in Cresson they have been nothing but understanding and helpful. They take the time to explain to me what they plan on doing and they really take the patient into account. I would highly recommend Kraisinger Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

Dr parry had admitted my Cosmetic Dentistry did not match and has promised to make it right since December. After numerous attempts to schedule an appointment and numerous excuses why I could have it done in a 3 week time frame he she’s dismissed me as a patient! Not much nice to say about this practice I have invested 15 thousand dollars into cosmetic dentistry that is unsatisfactory.

Now at this point they will not attempt to make it right! I will remove any reviews when it is made right! I just want to know if this happens to others?
