Staff was courteous, transparent, and gave me a comprehensive treatment plan: costs, difficulty, periodicity of visits, and a sliding payment scale based on down payments and/or monthly payments, and periodicity of retainer appt scheduling. I'm actually quite pleased and impressed, and it was just a consult! Hope to be a regular patient with this office sooner than later.

I finished my Spark aligners today! Woohoo! What an amazing journey. My teeth are straight, my smile is wider, and the best part is that my jaw no longer locks. I was in a car accident about 30 years ago that caused my jaw to lock up and click all the time.
It caused headaches that weren’t too pleasant! It’s all gone! Every single person who works here is amazing. I highly recommend everyone go to Kozlowski DePascale Orthodontics! Thank you for the amazing gift for completion of treatment as well!

Shout out to Kozlowski DePascale Orthodontics!! We were there for a regular appointment for my oldest and I asked the Dr. if he thought I should make an appointment for my younger son because the gap between his front teeth looked like it had very slightly opened back up. He popped him in the next chair and got to work on getting him an upgraded retainer and had it ready for us in 30 minutes, now we don't have to make the drive back to the office which is amazing for a busy mom like me.
It also only cost us a fraction of the price because we enrolled in the retainer replacement program at the beginning of his treatment plan.
