We have been seeing Dr Koterwas for the last few years for my step sons Braces and he’s been awesome. We just started his phase 2 treatment plan and all that has changed is that I now have 2 toddlers instead of one that need to come to their big brother’s appointments with us. As a mom it’s overwhelming having kids in a place that’s not designed for them, always feeling like you are a disruption to the guests around you.

I was doing everything I could to keep them contained and entertained when all of a sudden Dr Koterwas himself brings over a tub of wood blocks for them to play with. That spoke volumes about the level of care that they provide in that office. I don’t recommend bringing toddlers but if you have to know that you will be taken care of! I’m grateful to the office and their friendly staff for making our appointments easy and welcoming

The office is clean and organized, and they’re great at staying on schedule. My teeth look amazing now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them!

It is always a joy to visit Dr. Koterwas. We love the friendly atmosphere and the customer service. We always feel so lucky every time the pups come visit while they are working on your smile. The experience is always fun, quick, and easy. I 100% recommend. Update: My son just finished his treatment.

I was ready for it, but be sure you are keeping track of your remaining bill because that will be paid before the hardware is removed. The staff is amazing and explained everything we needed to know about aftercare. If we ever need anything or new retainers we can return for a new set. The overall experience has been nothing but perfect! A huge thank you to Dr. Koterwas and his entire staff.

Dr. Koterwas spent time explaining the appointment and plan to my 10-year old son and to me. Joanne was so kind to my son during his x-ray, who had some nerves before our visit.

She answered his questions honestly and respectfully. Chewie and Leia joined our appointment and provided additional support and cuteness. My son left saying, “that was fun!” I’d say an orthodontist appointment that is “fun” for a child earns a gold star rating!
