Hands down this is a great place. My kids love coming here. The wait time is short and the service is efficient. Kudos to the orthodontics team who has been wonderful. You girls rock. The office manager is so friendly. Keep up the good work.

Took my 3 daughters to Kool Smiles for their second appointment to get fillings. The wait time was short which is good. And the assistants were nice. However, some of what the dental assistants were talking about was highly inappropriate. Saying things about the dentist and that he was too old and didn't know what he was doing.

The assistants said these things in front of my children which made them even more nervous than what they were before. Not to mention they were complaining of their schedule and their own personal lives to one another. This changed my opinion of how professional the people working for this company are. Wasn't to pleased with my last visit.

My son is autistic and has Generalized Anxiety Disorder. They made him feel very comfortable and we've been coming 3 years with no problems. 3 years later and were still going here. Dr Wilson and MK made my son feel so comfortable during his procedure today. They are the best.

My kids went to Kool Smiles for the first time yesterday for a cleaning, after the cleaning it was determined that they would need some work down. I was able to schedule them for the NEXT day, which was today. Both visits were fast & pleasant.

The assistant Tara was kind & helpful. The waiting are/lobby is very kid friendly & keeps them entertained while waiting. We have found a permanent Dentist!!!
