If I could give no stars I would. The woman named “Karen” there was extremely rude, and kept ranting on about kids and video games, stating her own very rude opinions to my baby brother who loves Roblox and was talking about it since he is autistic, and was extremely nervous. When she did my cleaning, she brushed my gums SO hard, they bled. The doctor came in and said I was brushing my gums too hard after Karen had brushed them.

She fully doubted my allergy to fluoride and made faces and got an attitude. Yesterday was my worst experience. They refused to let my guardian into the back with me, as I’m a minor and I have the rights to have someone go back with me. They made an entire scene and only allowed them to go back with me after mentioning wanting to sue if they did anything wrong, which was extremely embarrassing on their part.

I will file a formal complaint to their higher aboves with this included. Edit: I can now add disability shaming to this as well. Yet another complaint to file.

Regina and Dr. Bristol were excellent and very professional. They talked/explained to me in terms that I understood the process. This will now be my dental care provider and I will also refer others to this facility.

2:30 appointment signed in and was seated , 5:30 still no help or acknowledgment, I left work early to be here and still will have to return . Customer service is 0/10
