I had a wisdom tooth extracted today and when I tell you my anxiety is always through the roof. But tina and Haley were the greatest. Haley held my hand the entire time even when the dentist wasn't working on me. So comforting and compassionate these ladies were.
And the male dentist I did not remember his name. But he was excellent, reassuring, quick. And definitely care about me as a person. I am a person that truly believes in Google reviews and wanted to make sure i gave them their flowers

After dealing with a very rude dentist in Randleman & a botched root canal , I was nervous to visit the dentist to get the care I needed but Everyone at Kintegra is so nice, patient, and understanding! I Highly recommend DR Matthews. She is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I have already been recommending this office :)

Literally every time I have called to set something at this facility the office staff is like a deer in headlights and have no idea what is going on or what their charts are saying. The communication between doctors to patients is terrible and Crystal the lady who is apparently the manager of the facility has no idea how to talk to patients and is rude as well. Blames the miscommunication on the patient and has a lack of compassion for the situation her staff has displayed.
They have been trying to convince me to come in for a root canal when I opted an extraction the girl behind the counter said I was scheduled for a root canal and now when I call to actually set up that root canal apparently they never did those to begin with? Please make it make sense and get your act together this is pathetic.

My 1st time visiting here was for the first time a few weeks ago and let me just tell you they have exceeded my expectations. I was so nervous to come here because I have neglected my dental health the last few years and just been putting it off and putting it off. I was honestly so afraid of them judging me and treating me badly lol. But not only were they all so sweet, they allll said positive things to me and encouraged me and Ms Hailey even held my hand bc I was so scared. She is an absolute gem! The sweetest! And Dr matthew made me feel comfortable and said uplifting things to me both times I seen her.
She has been wonderful and this place will definitely be the dentist I go to from now on. I have alot of cavities and we’re coming up with a treatment plan and pulling the ones that need pulling right away. She pulled one and it was the best experience I’ve had getting a tooth pulled. Thank you all!
