In June 2016, I had braces put on and since then it's been cancellation after cancellation. Calling out work because of allergies? I wish! The ladies in there are all very nice, it's just the doctor that has a very high absence rate. . . I'm supposed to have my braces off this around month according to the original time frame given to me, but I am highly doubting they'll be off. Maybe it's time to retire.

Please save yourself the trouble, and find another dentist office. This so called " business" is a complete joke. They took our money for Orthodontic work but cancel the appointment EVERY MONTH! They reschedule, then once again at the last minute call to reschedule AGAIN! It's never ending. Excuse after excuse why they cant perform the work they are being paid to do. This has been going on for numerous months, the past 6 months they have called on THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to say they need to cancel.
Do they not realize people do work and they need to schedule time off from work, and it gets very frustrating! I explained this to the office manager and her response was " What do you want me to do". After reading reviews on this site along with other sites, this seems to be happening to a lot of people. Be warned, find another dentist office. . this place is very unorganized, unprofessional, uncaring and a straight up JOKE!!

Read Reviews And FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!! All this place does is last minute cancel on people time after time. They don't care if you're in pain or had to take time off of work to make the scheduled appointment. You will get a text message (not even a phone call) that you are canceled and told to call to make a future appointment.
From there it's just a different date and praying they don't cancel. Good luck folks, we are finding another practice.

Update: I previously reviewed this dentist 3 years ago. Now, my opinion has changed. I still maintain that the dentist and office staff are kind and make you feel comfortable but. . . . . .
Like others have said, they began canceling appointments. Sometimes they would call to cancel when I was in the parking lot. One time I just walked in and demanded they treat me. They did. Due to months of rescheduling, it took them months to fix a problem. They kept sending a prescription for pain to the Pharmacy. Eventually, I left the office and am now happier with a new dentist. However, they currently have a crown that was to be placed because they kept rescheduling.
When I called to get it done, and left a message, they never responded. Still no crown. Also, billing was a little shady. A day before my procedure, they called me to tell me that it would be almost a thousand dollars more than what was quoted. But, it turns out it didn't matter, they canceled the appointment anyway. They are horrible!
