I had a very disappointing experience at Kingdom Family Dentistry. The staff was rude, rushed, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. I paid out of pocket, expecting at least basic courtesy and communication. The doctor spent less than 30 seconds with me and immediately told me I needed a crown — without reviewing or discussing my X-rays in any meaningful way.
There was no explanation, no conversation, and certainly no patient care. To make matters worse, when I called to have my X-rays sent to another provider, the receptionist was once again rude and dismissive. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for respectful or thorough dental care.
