Frustrating billing experience. I was asked to pay a deposit before the appointment, then sign an "estimate," and was charged the full amount during the visit. Afterward, my insurance’s Explanation of Benefits revealed a lower cost than I had paid, yet the staff refused to honor it. I strongly discourage bringing your children here—more dependable providers are out there.

I recently took Luca, my son, for his first teeth cleaning at Kids United Pediatric dentistry with Dr. Craig Lutsman. Kay was incredibly friendly, she took the time to explain every tool to Luca, spoke softly to keep him calm, and was so gentle that he never felt scared. After the cleaning, Dr.

Craig stopped by to check on Luca. He was warm and welcoming, answered all my questions thoroughly, and even offered his direct contact if we needed anything. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel like part of the family. I highly recommend Kids United!

First experience at this practice and it surpassed all my expectations. The nurses were all so patient and sweet.The Dr was very friendly and sang while he worked. I have 2 boys (5 &3) and somehow they managed to get them in and out with smiles on their faces the entire time! No tears!!! That has never happened with BOTH children. Great experience all around. Very happy to have found this place.
