I wish I could give them 100 stars! I brought my 5 year old daughter for her first appt today. I was nervous because I have a fear of the dentist that stated when I was young. Dr. Lewis and staff were amazing. They were genuinely caring, happy, and friendly. Over the dentist chair there was a flat screen TV with Netflix for the kids to watch. Kids get to pick a fun pair of sunglasses to wear while at the visit.

I was so impressed with how well they interact with children. Before each part of the exam they explained everything they were going to do so my daughter knew exactly what to expect. My daughter loves it there, she didn't want to leave. I had some concerns before the visit because my daughter had adult teeth already growning in behind her front baby teeth. They were able to assure me that it is completely normal and answer all my questions. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. Highly Highly Recommend!

Unprofessional. I brought my child to see Dr. Lewis at kids smiles in Hyannis. His first visit she did not attempt to examine his teeth. She then scheduled a consult to discuss treatment plans. Did not tell me my child could not even be in the room.

I assumed this would be a long the lines of getting him comfortable, MAYBE discussing some laughing gas. It only makes sense that the right dentist would want your child to get comfortable in that environment, not Dr. Lewis though. No she went into detail about a sedated 3 hour long exam under anesthesia in which I would not be allowed to be in the building. She told me that she wanted to do some serious work, possibly crowns on his baby teeth. This is without even looking in his mouth.

Also after telling me that his baby teeth could not harm his adult teeth. So that treatment is very aggressive and not necessary. When I told the office I would not be back in a Google review for the office, simply because I did not agree with the aggressive treatment she wanted to pursue, I was mailed a letter, a certified letter, stating I was essentially being fired as a client. Unnecessary as I already stated I would be going elsewhere. Unprofessional, and very aggressive

My 2 children ages 15 and 13 have been going to Dr. Lewis and her staff as soon as they had enough teeth to be treated! Everyone in the office is friendly, highly competent and responsive to all concerns and questions. The office is clean, spacious and kid/teen friendly. I am glad I chose Kid Smiles and would highly recommend them.

My children are VERY comfortable with everyone in the office and have no fear or reservations about going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Lewis.

I have been bringing my daughter here since she was about 4 years old. She is now a teenager. She had anxiety when going to the any type of doctor’s appointment. After her very first visit to this office I will never forget, she said when can I go back and see them, I like coming here. I have never had any issues bringing her to the dentist. They are all so welcoming and knowledgeable.

Most of all they really make your children feel at ease and that’s what is important so that they will listen and understand what they are being told about their mouth care. My daughter looks forward to seeing her hygienist. They build a relationship with them after seeing each other for years now. We would highly recommend them to anyone who asks.
