I've been taking my 5 year-old son here for 2 years and he has fallen in love with this place. We're always greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist with approximately no wait time. He loves watching TV on the ceiling during exams and the dental assistants are always very careful and friendly. Dr.

Yu is the best when it comes to care and dental expertise. She successfully treated two cavities my son had without him feeling scared and nervous. She also gives out little toys and prizes! Best place to have your kids go and have fun at the same time.

Fantastic place! Highly recommend for parents who want their children to have an exceptional experience. I come here every 6 months for my kids who are 7 and 5. Before Kids Smile, all the other dental offices I went to, I have to wait 30 minutes or sometimes even an hour. It was horrible. Here, two dental assistants take both of my kids at the same time. They get done in about 30 minutes. It's great.

Dr. Lisa always takes enough time to explain everything so thoroughly. The energy is great here. Doctor is very honest and dependable. Each child is taken into a private room where there is enough space for me to sit down and chat. Definitely the best and kindest in Factoria!

I usually don’t write bad reviews but this review may help a parent to be aware of what to expect when dealing with this dentist! On March 2, 2022 my 4 year old son had a cleaning session with this dental office. Couple of night later, he complained about how painful it was when I brushed his teeth! I thought it was normal as I sometimes get sore gums after tooth cleaning! But every night it got worse and worse to the point I got suspicious and checked his mouth. I noticed his gums was swollen, red with scars around his teeth and several canker sore on his tongue.

The next day I called his dentist and let the office lady know about the situation and that it happened after his teeth cleaning session. She offered a time that wouldn’t work out as by the time I pick up my son and drive to their office it would take too long that we would miss the appointment. I asked whether I could bring him in the next day but she said they were closed! I asked whether the doctor can stay for only 5 minutes after her last patient to see my son and the answer was no! Not even offered me to send them a picture so she could take a look or even offering to talk to the doctor about my concerns! Later that day I ended up taking my son to the ER! His mouth and tongue was covered with canker sore and he was miserable.

Even if I give them the benefits of doubt that my son might have gotten infected elsewhere, I can never trust a medical facility with no emergency or on-call dentist who would give 5 minutes of their time to check their own patient or even talk to the patient over the phone! Definitely not a doctor I could trust especially when it comes to my son’s wellbeing! And to this date I haven’t heard back from the dentist nor her office! Update: the doctor called me on Friday to check on my son and offered to see him and gave me some advice on the treatment. Even though I thank her for her call but, still believe this could have happened the same day I called her office.

Ever since covid hit- it’s been hard getting back into my normal check ups; One of them being my yearly dental cleaning. I was in Bellevue for the day and figured I could get a cleaning done. I checked to see what was available and found this friendly dental office.

The staff are so welcoming and took me right in for my cleaning. Their cleanings are efficient and even gave me a goodie bag with a toothbrush to take home. Will definitely be back for my next check-up, thank you again!!
