Every time we have an appointment they try to cancel the appointment stating the insurance wont cover if you come, you have to reschedule. The first time I called the insurance company everything was covered, this time my daughter was on the way to the office with my husband that works during the night, I was working and couldn’t call the insurance company. If they called me and keep calling you and almost force to schedule an appointment, the appointment was confirmed, why a last minute call oh the insurance wont cover, they were supposed to check everything when I confirmed the appointment.

Please dont play with people time. Thanks

We went to Kiddsmiles today for my son's annual check up. He is 3 and this was his second visit to the dentist. Prior to coming to this office we had a horrible experience at a different pediatric dentist. I can't say enough positive things about this office. First off the office is spotless and the staff is so nice and helpful.

My son was treated with patience and care. They made him feel so comfortable and his visit was a breeze. He now loves going to the dentist. I already told my whole family about what a great experience it was and now they want to come too. We are looking forward to our next visit!

My husband and I are still in awe for this place! They are genuinely so amazing in every way. The way they treated my daughters were so adorable because my 3 year old was afraid ever since we tried taking her a year ago to a different dentist. However, she was able to get cleaned and seen by the dentist with no issues.

I can’t recommend this dentist enough. I also want to mention the atmosphere of this place is so cool and perfect for kiddos!!

I can't say enough amazing things about Kid Smiles in Port Jeff! I called First thing this morning when they opened letting them know my son shipped his adult tooth this weekend. The receptionist was so nice and eagerly got me in right away later in the afternoon. The doctor and dental hygienist were so reassuring to my son that it would not hurt.

They are aware of his horrible gag reflexes and made him as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. They really go out of their way to make sure that the kids are comfortable and understand what's going on and assure them that they won't be in any pain. Thank you guys so much! We'll see you in six months for our check up!
