If you want a dental office with no customer service or follow up, and a dentist that is so busy you'll be waiting months for basic items, this is the one for you! It is clear that you are just a $ to these guys. Keep looking if you want to be treated respectfully.

I was recommended to this Ortho for my daughter about 8 months ago. First appt I had to cancel and reschedule which was two months out. The day comes for her second appt and they cancel due to the Dr being 'sick' and reschedule for 3 months out.

Had an appt for Monday Feb 10th and they just texted me to say that appt is cancelled until further notice because of an 'emergency with the dr'. What a joke of a place. My daughter was looking forward to getting her teeth fixed, but after almost a year of cancelling and messing around with our time I'd highly recommend going somewhere else!

The worst orthodontist experience I have ever had. My daughter had braces for over a year but because they are so shorthanded, she wasn’t seen by an orthodontist for five months and at that point, we changed orthodontist. She had to have them removed and replaced with a new pair. Horrible experience.

The dentist is nice and we’ve had mostly good experiences when we’ve been able to actually be seen. However, the last 2 appointments have been cancelled by the provider, 1 with less than 24 hr notice. It can take weeks to months to find the next available appointment. I made the initial appointment in January and my child won’t be seen for over 4 months from that time because of these delays. I don’t know if we should stick it out and hope it doesn’t get cancelled again, or start looking for another provider.

Oh, once they also “forgot” to check us in so we waiting for over an hour pass our scheduled time. The lobby filled up and emptied and we were still waiting. The receptions didn’t notice until I said something and we were finally seen.
