Kewanee Family dentistry is the heart of Dental care in our community. My family of four has been coming here for 6 years, and Dr. Hansen and his team feel like part of our extended family. From my 5-year-old’s first checkup (complete with a “big kid” badge) to my grandma’s denture adjustments, they handle every need with patience and skill. The hygienists are pros at making cleanings fun for the kids—my son now asks to “visit the tooth team” weekly.
The office is cozy with a small play area, and they’re amazing with last-minute appointments—critical when my daughter chipped a tooth at soccer practice. They’re upfront about costs, work magic with insurance, and even remember birthdays. A practice that makes dental care feel like a visit with friends—we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was really nervous to go in to get the extraction but the nurses and doctors were so good to me. The doctor was so easy and gentle with me and was trying to get it done as quickly as possible due to me being in so much pain. He had the tooth out in about 5 minutes. He explained to me that the pain might be a little unbearable but to stay on meds and I would be alright.
The price for the extraction without insurance was absolutely manageable for me to cover. Thanks to Kewanee Family dentistry I can finally live again and be myself again! Thank you so much Kewanee Family Dentistry.

Friendly, professional, and welcoming. The only dental facility I've used for over 30 plus years. I strongly recommend. Some new faces there, as I do not go nearly as often as I should. Getting to know some new staff was painless, as was the Dental care/cleaning.

Sophia is the best. She was very supportive and held my hand…it meant a lot because I was in a lot of pain. No one has ever done that! Dr. was very gentle and took his time! I will definitely be back ☺️
