I love Kentucky River Dentistry, I always feel comfortable. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Sara is a wonderful dentist and very personable. I drive from Richmond, KY to Irvine, KY just to continue going here. I have never had any issues with dental work i’ve needed including a lot of fillings, cleanings as well as a root canal. They are wonderful all around!

My son and I have been going here several years and we love this place! Dr. Asgari and her staff are amazing! They are very thorough, professional and helpful. Plus, it is VERY clean and they take extreme safety precautions to keep the patients safe. The office clerk, Lynn is one of the sweetest people ever!

I have always been treated really good and had great dental treatment. I have been a client since Dr. Jordan opened the business. I had always had really good insurance and now that I have become retirement age I lost my good insurance. I just wish they would take the insurance that Medicare furnishes. I know it’s not much but would help a little with just yearly cleanings and X-rays.

I called before I made the trip to this office. I was in so much pain. They told me over the phone the dentist would pull my wisdom tooth. They did X-rays even tho they could use my dentists X-rays taken the day before. I asked the dental assistant if the dentist did pull wisdom teeth and she said yes. I was worried because of how many people had turned me down the day before.

When the dentist came she wanted to know about what my dentist had said. I explained that he had wanted to pull it a while back but I wasn’t I put it off until I had to and by then he stopped taking my insurance. The dentist looked at me with intense judgment and told me she didn’t pull wisdom teeth. It just wasn’t something she ever did. The assistant didn’t say a thing. Dentist just walked out while I cried in pain.

All I can say is that you have to be a horrible person to act like you are going to help and do what you’ve done before, get an appt made so they can get insurance money and then lie to a person’s face that you just screwed over. I hope she reads this review. And think of me if she ever asks for help but gets screwed over instead.
