I am 24 years old now and have been going to Dr. Brent Williams since i was just a little girl. I now have 2 kids and my husband who also go here. My whole family has been here since i was a child, my mother little sister step dad, etc. He is the only dentist i will ever recommend or let touch mine or my children's teeth.

Dr. Brent Williams is the best Dentist I’ve EVER visited in my young and senior years. He and his staff made sure I was comfortable on my visits. He not only takes care of teeth, but is also a treasure for the soul and spirit. He doesn’t come in unattached to his patient with passive hello and goodbyes. While in my chair being comforted for work on my teeth, he could tell that I was pre-diabetic just by examining the X-ray. Immediately, I went to the doctor to check it out.
IT WAS TRUE! On my next visit, while waiting for teeth work, I confirmed it, and then he communicated information to me that only God Himself knew. I’ve never seen nor met Dr. Brent prior. I was an open soul to receive this divine message. I was emotionally happy with tears💯😀, with his comforting words of assurance. I left there with the best dental care and aftercare instructions, and I left there with a life changing experience that I feel to this day! Not only are my teeth in good shape, Inside, I am in greater shape. God uses whom he pleases and wherever he pleases, and who are we to stop it! I’m not saying this is Dr.
Brent’s habit, at all. I am saying I was in a life emergency situation, which he knew nothing about, and he was the vessel God used. I wish more doctors could be in tune and used in the same way, as needed by the Almighty😍🌹 So it’s true we have an earthly occupation to serve humanity, but we also have a spiritual occupation to bring comfort to humanity. Thanks Dr. Brent and Staff. I would recommend anyone to your office. Stay the best and God bless💯🌹💯🌹💯🌹😇😇😇

Horrible service. Was interrogated by multiple staff members regarding what sweets I like to eat and drink. I don’t eat many sweets. When I gave them my answer they didn’t like it and wouldn’t fix my cavities. Very very rude. Told me that I didn’t even have an appointment in the first place and told me to go get a Root Canal on one tooth the then come back to them for a $1200 crown. Very outdated practices and equipment.
Very unprofessional. I would not recommend… zero stars. Wanted me to sign a paper agreeing to come back to them for a $1200 crown. Wouldn’t tell me their names either or write me an antibiotic prescription as promised for my molar that cracked in half. . I could go on and on but I won’t…. Just run!!!

Went to see the dentist today because of pain in my lower tooth. Dr Brent said he would fill it, but in the future would eventually need a Root Canal. Because of vacation I had coming up he would fill it beforehand because I was in pain. . this would be a later time but before vacation. . when I went to the front desk. The older lady became very hostile with me and basically told me the dentist didn't know what he was talking about and that this tooth needs a root canal. . I explained that I already knew this but until then he would fill it. She became more angry and went to find the dentist and ask him. .
again, he told her he would fill it. . he also told her that he would fill it before I went on vacation. I have never been to a dentist where the staff undermined the Dentist!!! She proceeded to tell me he was just trying to be kind. . basically he didn't know what he was doing! I feel the staff runs this place not the Dentist. . I'm sure if the Dentist knew she wouldn't give me an appointment before vacation he would be upset. . I'm not bashing this dentist. . but the front desk older lady needs to get off her high horse She is not a Dentist and shouldn't treat the dentist like he doesn't know what he is talking about.
. She has the final say in that office. I didn't think dentist offices were ran with such incompetent people. Also, I was handed a paper of paper work to due before I went back. . They took me back quickly and I never completed the paperwork. . . where it is I don't know. . I would definitely never recommend this office! Do your self a favor and look elsewhere!
