Great experience. Dr. Karras did a great job with my Root Canal. The support staff at the office was friendly and highly professional. Dr. Karras performed my root canal efficiently and competently. I did not experience any pain or discomfort during or after the procedure. Would definitely go back if I needed another root canal.

Dr. Karras and his entire team were the most helpful and friendly dentist group I've ever encountered. Can't say how much I appreciate getting fit at the last minute for a Root Canal that was causing extreme nerve pain for days. His assistant helped me navigate my dental anxiety and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

The actual procedure was very efficient and as someone else mentioned, the best way to describe it was artistic. The doctor really knows what he's doing. I'm so grateful my dentist referred me here today.

Dr. Karras and his assistant did an excellent job, in fact everyone that worked at the office was super nice and welcoming.

If you’ve been putting off getting a Root Canal because of pain or nervousness you will be fine!! There was no noticeable pain, I did not even notice when I was injected in the gums and that’s the part I was scared about most! It is a very simple procedure I promise and the most pain will be from your neck being sore from sitting there too long.

I recently had my third Root Canal done by Dr. Karras, and each time, the procedure was absolutely painless, quick, and problem-free. Dr. Karras is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, making what could be a stressful experience surprisingly easy. Scheduling was a breeze—I didn’t have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment.

In fact, just two weeks ago, after explaining the urgency of my situation, they were able to see me the same day! That kind of responsiveness is rare. His staff, Ms. Pilar and Ms. Anda, were warm and welcoming, making me feel like I was among friends. Even though I live 25 miles away in a southwest suburb, I didn’t mind the trip.

I had tried to get an appointment closer to home (around Hinsdale), but most offices either didn’t answer, didn’t return messages, or had wait times of 3-4 months. If you need urgent dental care and want a skilled, caring team, give Dr. Karras' office a call. You have nothing to lose—and you’ll be glad you did!
