Wonderful staff and experience! The Dental hygienist, Courtney, was exceptional and about as delicate as it gets for cleaning. Karen’s bedside manner was second to none, with a “no pressure” approach to treatment. Reception was wonderful, Chad really cares about the practice, and was willing to save me money on the visit. Will definitely be back and recommend to all!!!!

Dr. Torres and her staff are professional and friendly. I am terrified of dentists and have neglected my dental hygiene because of this fear. Dr. Torres and her hygienist, who was caring and comforting, made the crown procedure easy.
After the procedure, I have not experienced any complications or pain. It's a blessing to find a dental practice that has amazing friendly office staff, a great hygienist, and an amazing dentist. Dr. Karen Torres, you are the best!

Dr. Torres and her staff are fabulous. From greeting to checkout I was made to feel seen and heard. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental visits, in fact I have so much anxiety it had been several years, since moving to the Apex area before I had visited a dentist. I was so impressed with the time and patience that everyone took with me, knowing of my anxiety issue.
My visit was thorough and informative. I would highly recommend Dr. Torres to anyone but most especially to those who suffer from anxiety as I do.

This review is for those of you that have good teeth but just visit a dentist for cleanings. I have been getting my teeth cleaned twice a year since I was kid and have had many cleanings by many dental hygienist. When you find a great one, you tend to stay with them forever (like a great hairdresser). Since moving to NC, I have seen 5 or 6 who technically did their jobs but were phoning it in. My last visit to Dr.
Torres I met Brit. She blew me away with her knowledge, experience and excitement for her craft. I walked away having learned new things. I'm so thankful she was brought on board to the team and now I'm actually looking forward to my next visit. I'd also like to thank Chad and the wonderful front desk staff that are Always so kind and efficient!
