I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and now my own children do too. The office is cozy, not clinical, with a fireplace in the waiting room that makes winter visits feel warm. Dr.

Kara is gentle with nervous patients (like my husband, who used to avoid dentists) and explains treatments in plain English. They work with local insurance, offer flexible payment plans, and even make house calls for elderly patients who can’t travel. It’s more than a clinic—it’s a cornerstone of our community. We’d never go anywhere else.

Edna= trickery and deceit. She gave me a fake invoice that showed no insurance payment for the CROOKED DENTURES, but there was. She told me I chose 2nd rate dentures and refused to work with me on anything. Too many other problems with this place to list them all. Working with another dentist, totally different process.

This has been a expensive lesson. I get to pay everything out of pocket to get this corrected. I expect to get the insurance payment to be refunded but im sure that's a waste of time.

The dental assistant was very nice and friendly. Even though she was wearing a mask I could see she was smiling. It helps a lot when you don't know what is going on with your teeth. Dr. Emily was very nice, too.

She explained my issues so I could understand a bit better about what was to be expected. The only issue I had was that, according to Karas Dental the only surgeon they work with is up in LaCrosse. I would have liked more options.
