needed a new dentist and was having a lot of pain. Dr. Allen was RUDE the moment he stepped in the door! he was all over the place and kept leaving the room, very strange behavior! he didn’t seem to care at all about my comfort, never made eye contact and kept saying “i don’t even know you”.
what a terrible first impression! he said he would have to bill me by the hour to ‘saw off’ my dental bridge because it could take a long time. i told him i don’t have insurance and he didn’t seem to care at all, said ‘whatever’ and just walked out of the room, he acted like i was bothering him. this has to have been one of the strangest encounters ever! he also made rude comments every chance he could, i couldn’t believe it! i left in tears and immediately went to a different dentist who took his time and explained everything with compassion and understanding.
i think it’s so sad that a person can act this way to someone who is hurting and in pain and needing help! SHAME ON YOU!

Best dentist ever. Found them randomly when I cracked a tooth. I have dental PTSD from when I was 12 of getting my head held back against the chair as he drilled after I told him it wasn't numb. Dr. Allen made sure I was always nice and comfortable. .
. I have never kept up on my teeth so much. Ive been able to do things non sedated that I never was able to before. And my hygienist is the most thorough ever.

Fantastic office. I went for a new patient exam, which was extremely detailed and thorough. The hygienist reviewed my old X-rays from a previous office and pointed out a little tooth fragment stuck in my gums that no one else had ever seen since I was a kid! I got it removed by Dr.
Katie Allen, which was a totally painless experience; she is extremely skilled and has a steady hand. I'm impressed with the level of service at this office.

I got a referral to this place many years ago. I'll try to make this short. I have been terrified by any dentist or hygienist since I was young very young. Since I have been going there it has changed my whole outlook and am so comfortable. Dr. Deitrick started it all and bless his retirement. Dr. Allen and Dr Harris are simply amazing.
Not to knock them down. But Deb is the greatest hygeyst and person ever. No matter how far the drive I'll never go anywhere else!!! Today for my appointment during cleaning. Deb and I heard a woman walk in. The Doc asked how she was doing this morning. She said I'm good, but not as good as good as you because I'm very nervous!! Deb stopped my process for a second and both knew this was me when I first started lol. Highly recommend!! BTW. The receptionists are also awesome!! Thanks Team!!
