I have been going here for years. But recently, I had to have 2 implants done. Dr. Hannah and Gina were great.
They made the process from beginning to end a great experience, and today I walked out with a mouth full of teeth, and my 2 new teeth look amazing! Would recommend this office to anyone looking for great care. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly ladies at the front desk to the minute you leave, you will be treated like you are family.

Dr. Caitlin Long at Jones & Copeland Smiles has been my lifesaver. I am grateful to her and her assistants for everything they have done for me through a major dental surgery and denture fitting process. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. I was terrified of the dentist, before coming to her, and had to take a calming medication just to drive there. I do not have to take any calming medications to see Dr. Long.
Now I am actually happy to go to my appointments because her demeanor is very calming and she has been truly the best dentist I have ever seen. She and her assistants are always making sure you are comfortable. Thank you Dr. Long!! I am so glad I found you and Jones and Copeland Smiles. Now I can smile, talk, and eat without pain and embarrassment.

I cannot express how monumental this experience was for me. I hadn’t been to the dentist in decades, and they made me feel so comfortable and were so kind and beyond any level of service I have ever received. The best medical experience I’ve ever had of any kind. Doctor Copeland, Natalie, and Kelly are top shelf providers.I consider them family. They changed my life.
