My kid had a 1pm appointment. She arrived at 12:30 (cause I too had an appointment) and we left at 2:45 and they still scheduled another appointment because if the extensive work to be done on a 3pm patient. Why is that my problem? Now, I have to take another day off when he said he'd do the work needed. I was pissed. . . . all cavities on one side just do them all. Think of the customer's experience.

Taking time off of work and school when the job could have been completed today! If you're not thinking about the customer's experience then you're gonna lose them. No one likes to come to the dentist so make the trip seamless and quick. . Btw: You guys need to get that familiar face back in the office. The front office was pleasant as always. . . get that back office together

Let me elaborate on my experience with Dr. Hall: I went to this dentist believing it was the best choice however I was very wrong. I received a filling in a front tooth in which it lasted all of two weeks before ultimately coming out prior to the holidays. I immediately went back to the dentist and was told I would have to pay over $500 to fix it. I paid the amount due & waited over a month for my appointment hoping to correct the problem.

Well, today I am here to get my the final steps of the root canal finished when I was told I have a balance of over $400 from last years service in which I was made aware of on yesterday. I was told they will not be servicing me until the balance is paid in full even though I have an appointment scheduled. Now then I am forced to wear a loose, unsecure cap they placed over the incompleted work until I can come up with the balance. I truly feel like this is terrible business. I have spent thousands of dollars in less than 6 months just to end up in a worst situation orally.

10 out of 10 would not recommend. Will not be returning.

All Fathers Matter

The office was Great from Start to finish! First, The front desk ladies were courteous. The Dental Assistants were very friendly and Knowledgeable of my care and treatment. (THANKS Akeelah & Anne) Dr. Hall did a phenomenal job, made me feel very comfortable with the procedure and got me in and out in a timely manner. I will definitely be referring my family and friends to Dr. Hall THANKS GUYS!

I have been coming to Dr. Hal dentist for years with my family and have had great experiences. I had and appointment before the 2020 pandemic the office canceled the day before which was understandable however they never called back to schedule another one so on May 7 I came into the office after calling since 9 a.

m with no one answering or returning my call, when I came in one of your stuff members I would describe as a (black, healthy body woman) open the window with her cellular phone and ask how could she help with an unpleasant attitude as I was speaking she turned to the other woman who was multi tasking on the phone etc, and told her I’ll let u handle that and walked off it was a unpleasant unprofessional attitude and no sense of urgent at all. I would have went elsewhere but Dr. Hall u are exceptional good and I’m very comfortable with the work you’ve done in the pass, please have your staff keep in mind that Attitude is the first Impression impression and sets the tone for any business especially when it has to do with our health.
