UPDATE 11/8/2022: Dr. Koch and his operation are still the best around. Everyone here is super nice, professional, and I always feel welcomed. -- I am a long-time patient of Dr. Koch. I see him every six months for regular dental cleaning and check-ups.

Dr. Koch has a fantastic bedside manner and I have never had a dental issue he was unable to help me with. The hygienists are all kind and fantastic. Even the admin folks up front are fantastic! I recommend Dr. Koch for your dental needs.

I came to Dr. KOCH to have my bottom teeth taken out. I have always feared the dentist, but my husband assured me he was the perfect dentist for me. When I very first met him, I expected him to say we have to take them teeth out, but he didn't. Instead, he told me he could fix them with conference I might add. Then, I made an appointment to start my journey . Every time my appointment came up, he was canceling it. It literally was 6 months before he could see me.

Then when I came back he said he couldn't fix the teeth. I ended up leaving in tears. So, moving forward in 6 months, I still had not removed the teeth. I ended up with an infection. I called Dr. Koch to see if he could see me, and I was excited when he said yes. I got to the office, and he was mad because I still hadn't removed the teeth. He refused to write me a perception of antibiotics.

He wanted me to go to UC hospital because he said it was a life-threatening infection. I left his office and went straight to B. North hospital. When the doctor came in, he stated that it was not, in fact, a life-threatening infection . So basically, this doctor cost me an ER visit because he didn't want to treat me. Use this doctor at your own risk. Also, he had the nerve to bill me for that office visit .

My insurance changed and I needed to find a new dentist. I read the reviews and Dr. Koch sounded like a good choice. I have now been their patient for almost 2 years and they are great! The staff is kind and friendly. Their attitudes really start your appointment off right. Once it's time for Dr. Koch you know what to expect.

. . no surprises. He is so kind, friendly, and gentle. Always checking in to see if you're ok or having any discomfort. I would recommend this practice to anyone!

Doctor Koch is a perfectionist and I appreciated that when it came to my partials…his staff is also great AND TO TOP THAT, each room has a ozone type machine that gets the germs 🦠 out of each room and after each patient they still wipe down everything!!! WOW 😮. The place is spotless, everyone treats you like it is your first time even if is your 20th time, 😆. Make an appointment now!
