I highly recommend Dr Robelli and her office. She is an excellent Pediatric Dentist. Amazing office staff very kind, friendly and professional. Always easy to schedule or reschedule appointments or get answers on all questions you might have.

For the past couple of years my son had amazing experience with all dental work done. He always felt comfortable and happy before and after visits to the office. We never had any issue just amazing experience and excellent dental care.

We came to this dental practice with high hopes after our pediatrician recommended them, but unfortunately, our experience has been deeply disappointing. I’m giving two stars because the front office staff has been friendly and welcoming during both visits, which we appreciated. However, the care experience itself has left my spouse and me feeling misled and frustrated. At our first visit with our three-year-old, who has a lot of anxiety about medical/dental settings, the appointment was very distressing. She was physically held down for a cleaning while being told she was safe. Maybe that’s standard for very young kids, but it didn’t sit right with us. During that visit, we were told the best way to avoid dental fear is to start early—around age one—so kids can gradually get comfortable. That advice is what led us to bring our one-year-old in for his first visit.

Unfortunately, that appointment felt even more upsetting. He was also held down while they quickly checked, brushed, and flossed his 6 teeth that have barely come in yet. Meanwhile, my daughter—who we brought along to watch and grow more comfortable—was kept out in the hall to color, even though I had specifically discussed this plan with staff previously. Just before my infant was seen, my daughter and I were rushed out of the area entirely so another child could get X-rays nearby. I wasn’t even allowed to be present for my baby’s appointment. It felt rushed, cold, and frankly pointless. The only advice we got was to drop the pacifier between 2. 5 and 3 years old—which felt oddly timed for a baby who had just turned 1 two weeks prior.

After we left and processed everything, we felt incredibly let down. The experience felt more like checking a box or generating a bill than helping our kids build comfort or trust at the dentist. I recognize that many families have had positive experiences here, and I’m happy for them. But that hasn’t been the case for us—twice now. We're extremely disappointed, we really wanted to love this place based on all of the great reviews and recommendations.

Dr. Robelli, and her staff, are the BEST (we’ve been a patient of hers for over five years now)! She’s a wonderful, kind, honest, and gentle Pediatric Dentist who makes the whole experience pleasant for everyone, and her staff is professional and welcoming, too. Dr.

Robelli offers up-to-date treatment options without any of the pressure that I know many of us have experienced at practices in the past. Our family happily drives 30 minutes to see her, because I know that our child is in the best of hands.
