I wish I could give 0 stars! Please go elsewhere! Refused to give me my sons records while trying to scam me out of thousands of dollars! They never sent a claim to insurance for payment yet told me that the insurance doesn’t cover the treatment. I found a dentist that would be 100% covered, no questions and now they refuse to give me the records! The office staff is terribly rude and condescending.

I’ve been trying to get these records since may 2024. Beware of these fraudulent unethical people!

What a horrible experience. I would stay far away. I went to get a second opinion and showed them the teeth they made and they asked me who made this disaster. They shouldn’t be a dental office. Do not go there ever. Mom went for a set of dentures. First they were supposed to give her a set of teeth after they pulled hers and didn’t. Ended up not having any teeth for about 7 weeks. Every time she went in she kept telling the dentist that the mold they did was too big.

The dentist kept saying they were good. Mom kept saying they were not a good fit. Dentist said it will be fine. Mom kept coming in for them to fix it. Teeth kept moving. She went again last week and sod she needs a set that fits and they said to do in there set she would have to pay for it. I told them it was not fair because the teeth do not fit. Dentist said out fixodent and it will be fine. Mom tried and still not good.

Dentist said nothing she can do for her other than buying a new pair. Would not recommend at all. Mom very sad because she does not have the funds to get a new pair and is now without teeth. They should be making her a new set because the first one does not fit. So very disappointed. Please do not go there.

Phenomenal experience I’m terrified of the dentist and they made me comfortable they staff is super sweet the oral surgeon there is amazing she answered all of my questions we laughed and she made sure I was in ZERO pain would recommend 100%
