All the employees in this office are really nice, from the receptionist, the person who did the x ray, hygienists and the doctor. They organized and no waiting, attended you right away. The office are clean. I will definitely recommend this family dentist to my friends,

The experience I had still haunts me 4 years later (2021) so I feel compelled to warn others. tl;dr The staff's negligence to my complaint about my molar being in pain and bleeding suddenly after 20+ years of consistent biannual dentist visits and receiving simple "floss more" advice led to my having to spend ~$1000 in getting it surgically removed. I will preface this by saying that I love going to the dentist and have been properly doing visits every 6 months ever since all my adult teeth grew in and I am now in my late 20s. On my first visit, the first question I was asked when I met Dr. Rozin was how I heard about their practice and I told her I saw Google reviews were great and that I only sought out a new dentist because the one I was seeing for the last 15 years had moved away. The hygienist on my first visit was just OK; I am used to having the doctor themselves doing my cleanings so this was new to me. Dr. Rozin talked to me for about 5 minutes at most at the end of the cleaning to talk about my x-rays.

I figured I would come back and use their office again because the first visit was acceptable. The second time however, a different hygienist was assigned to me and she was awfully rude and was running the metal tools over my GUMS. It was a very painful experience and her attitude was very sour for apparently no reason. The second cleaning was not thorough or effective at all. My mouth did not feel refreshed as they normally feel after a cleaning. It felt like she gave up and just wanted me to come back for a deep cleaning (which the office did suggest and never followed up with me on because they said something about having to check on my insurance). At the end of this cleaning I once again saw Dr. Rozin for 2 minutes and explained the pain I was experiencing in the back of my mouth and how it was bleeding to which she just told me to floss more.

I will also note that on my insurance, the a different doctor's name who I never even heard of or met showed up on my insurance records instead, which I found odd. A few months afterwards I decided to seek out a second opinion because the pain was becoming more frequent and unbearable at this point. The second dentist I consulted with said that the tooth looked like it had decayed to the point where it was unsalvageable and I would need to get it removed. I did end up getting it removed and all has been well since other than running up near ~$1000 in dental work bills and a CT scan. If you like having consistent quality experiences, I would recommend looking elsewhere that does not shuffle hygienists. If you are COVID cautious or immunocompromised I would also recommend looking elsewhere because none of the staff wore PPE the last time I was there.

I wish I could nominate this office and dentist for a n Award winning dentistry. I had and will have more teeth removed this coming week, I felt no pain/no swelling, quick healing and the professiionalism of Dr. Kahn and her team I have not experienced in all my life.

I am so proud of her team and expertise. Ii wwould give her a ten or twenty stars if I were able TOP NOTCH dont go anywhere else but here for your work 2yg3`

First time using this dental office. Both myself and my wife had a great experience We are happy that our old dentist doesn’t new plan and we found this office!!! The staff was very friendly. Office was clean and neat. Doctor was easy to talk to
