Dr. James W. Rehm’s practice is a standout for thoughtful, expert dental care. I’ve been a patient for 5 years, and his attention to detail and calm demeanor make every visit easy. The office is clean and uncluttered, with a relaxed atmosphere that eases my usual dental nerves. Dr.
Rehm is thorough but never rushed—he explained my implant procedure with diagrams, answering all my questions until I felt totally comfortable. His work is precise, and the implant looks and functions like a natural tooth. The hygienists are gentle, even with my sensitive gums, and the front desk is efficient, handling insurance and scheduling smoothly. They called to check on me after my procedure, which meant a lot. For care that’s both skilled and personal, this is the place.

All these positive reviews are spot on. Dr. Rehm is not only a great doctor, he is an artist with fitting partial plates and crowns. The sincerity of his heart shines and is complimented by the warmth of Donna's genuinely joyful smile and Chris's caring professionalism.

I highly recommend Dr Rehm !! The moment you walk in his office you feel welcomed!! Donna is always at the front with a big smile. Chris his assistant is not only skilled but kind and caring. As for Dr Rehm he is not only an amazing dentist but takes time to explain everything. He is kind, caring, and has a great sense of humor.

Finding a new dentist is a process when moving, but coming back to Missouri and finding Dr. Rehm was a wonderful choice. We first started out at their office in Clayton, but were well informed of their upcoming move to Kirkwood. Dr. Rehm is a very knowledgable and accommodating and Donna out front is just a breath of fresh air. Recently, one of my son's had a dental emergency and we could not reach their pediatric dentist, nor get a call back from the hotline, so I reached out to Dr. Rehm.
He responded within minutes and offered to see my son immediately; hours after he had closed the office on a Thursday. This situation has prompted us to switch all of our children over to Dr. Rehm for their dental care. Dr. Rehm and staff, keep up the great work you are doing and thank you for being so responsive and accommodating to your patients.
