I made the terrible mistake of trusting in Dr. James. While reseating a crown for the 3RD time , he burst a blood vessel during the drilling process. When I asked what happened - he lied! I went to my doc the next day & he explained exactly what happen.
I was diagnosed w/ facial Hematoma & severe swelling. His negligence & unprofessionalism caused me emotional distress, pain/suffering, missed time from work! Very Unprofessional!.

Horrible Dentist Office! DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE! They charge you if you are 10 mins. late and if you do not confirm your appointments. The staff isn’t all friendly and you barely are seen by Dr. James after a cleaning.
Isn’t the dentist suppose to check your teeth for cavities and other problems after cleanings? This was the last straw for me. My daughter will no longer be a patient. So unprofessional!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Today 3/23/2023 I went to the Palmetto Smile Center to have all my top teeth pulled (6) and (4) bottom teeth pulled. I was apprehensive about this dentistry because I knew nothing about them. However, a family member mentioned they went to Dr. James and he is good dentist. After my first visit to get an impression, I was called and informed that my dentures had returned. So today, I went in and got everything done in one swoop. I'm sore, of course, but I'm very happy with my new top dentures and can't wait for my bottom partial to get back.
They found 2 teeth that had to be pulled, so a new partial impression had to be taken. I can not express my appreciation to Dr. James and his staff for the making me feel comfortable and the friendliness they have shown me. I can not recommend this dentistry enough. That you all. I will have all my dentistry work done at Palmetto Smile Center.

This place has gone down over the years. I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. The hygienist is rude and Dr. James does nothing about it. No professionalism at all That fact that the hygienist was rude and thought she was going to get in my mouth, not
