Called to schedule an appointment for my son who has CP. This office was was listed for seeing people with disabilities. However they wouldn't see him due to Vaccination status. I was told to bring a letter stating why or take him to a professional for testing and bring those results. Yeah right!! If I have to jump through hoops for my child to be seen then this place isn't worth going to.

Do not go. He will assume u are a drug addict or lying to him about personal information. Then when ur leaving he yells at u ripping up stuff u just signed because u don’t feel comfortable leaving him with information after he throws u out for being nothing but polite and patient

I absolutely hate to post something publicly but this office is insane. His staff is absolutely incompetent and rude. This is one of the few dentist I have ever felt comfortable with but his front staff Firstly, never return calls and when you do finally get ahold of someone they act like it's an inconvenience to schedule an appointment. Doc had sent me out to get a root canal done and said when I get it done come back, I did that.
Then he said go get a crown and when you come back we will get everything else sorted out and taken care of. Its been over 2 months and I still can't get an appointment with him because his front office staff think they know better. I've explained to them over and over I had the procedure done already and yet still they won't schedule the appointment. I explained to the office lady that he said get the work done and come back.
She said no that's not what he said (even though I have his orders here) we won't be scheduling an appointment, to go find somewhere else. Update--finally got a hold of someone else in the office today to set an appointment. Doc refuses to have me in the office since posting an honest review. 🤣
