I hate the dentist for a variety of reasons, and I swear to God I alwags leave this office smiling. The staff are attentive, kind, and understanding. They make genuine conversation, and are accommodating to needs (no male staff upon request, able/encouraged to wear headphones, etc.) I highly reccomend giving them a call if you are wary of dentists.

Dr Kim got me in last minute before a trip to reattach a crown. The actual dental work was quick, professional, and effective. The entire staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. Despite this being my first trip there, it was almost like they already knew all about me! "Prefers Michelle"

I greatly appreciate the kindness of staff who conduct the teeth cleaning, but the doctor barely gives you a minute of their time. Once, the dr stuck his head into the room, asked “everything good?” I said yes and he left. Am I being charged the cost of a doctor visit who can’t be bothered to look in your mouth? The hardest thing for me as a customer is they won’t let you leave the office without scheduling 2-3 appointments into the future. They are only available for appointments during the worst hours for my work (approx.

M-Th, before 3pm) and you must commit to appointments a year in advance, and they don’t provide any schedule confirmation once you book - it is 100% reliant on me adding the dates and times to my work and personal calendars manually. For the first time ever, I confused my appointment time in January for my July appointment and accidentally missed my appointment. For that, they charged me $100 friggen dollars! The same day I missed my appointment, I called a different dentist (who is available 7 days a week until 7pm), and they were able to fit me in that same day. Once I confirmed my appointment time on the phone, they immediately sent me an email confirming the time and date of my appointment.

They also didn’t force me to book the next year’s worth of appointments in advance. The cleaning was of equal quality and the staff were just as nice, and the doctor actually looked at my teeth! I think it is crazy that this office expects their clients/customers to be available only when convenient for the doctor, and penalizes customers ($100!!) for THEIR antiquated scheduling process, and they don’t even have parking.

I wanted some cosmetic work done on my teeth but had some worries and concerns. Dr. Kim was fantastic throughout the entire process. She had good recommendations, including both invisalign and veneers and possibly gum surgery, but that ended up not being necessary fortunately. I was worried about the veneers, that they might be too large or too white (I didn't want to risk going too far), but Dr.

Kim was sensitive to that and found just the right size, shape and color. And the cost was very reasonable. I am super happy with the outcome and so happy that I did it. A huge thank you to Dr. Kim and her team!
